Tyler Guthrie Fitness: Hello, My name is Tyler Guthrie and I am a certified personal trainer and PEAK certified pilates instructor. I am also a fitness instructor here in the Austin area. Although I am no chef, I do enjoy to cook fresh, healthy, and mostly vegetarian cuisine. Health and fitness is a lifestyle. I am realistic about goals and realistic with clients. I love what I do but also realize reaching goals can be a struggle. I struggle too, and want people to read about it and learn from it. Health and wellness does not come just from working out 5-7 days. We all go through things mentally, and physically, that can internally reflect and affect our health. I use this space to not preach to you on how to live...but to show you how I live in good times and in bad. How to get out of the dark times and reveal the light. To laugh in the good times.
